5 Powerful Methods To Advance Your Product Creation

Tuesday, September 29th, 2009

Creating products is not exactly the easiest undertaking in the world. It will require a lot of research, careful planning and brainstorming, precise execution, and sometimes a huge initial investment.

However, this is a task that you cannot take for granted as this is the only way to be responsive to the needs and demands of your potential clients. If you want to make money online at a greater pace you have to be responisve to what is going on in the marketplace.

To make this task a lot easier for you, let me share the 5 effective methods that can help you improve your product creation strategies:

1. Talk to your potential clients. One of the best ways to ensure that your products will sell like hotcakes online is to make sure that they address the needs and demands of your potential clients. Before you develop your product ideas, consider spending time with the people that you would like to serve. You can communicate with them through relevant forums and blogs.

Ask about their pressing issues, their questions, and the products that they would like to see available in the online arena. By doing so, you’ll easily know what they need without resorting to guessing game.

2. Are your product ideas unique? Once you were able to get hold of great product ideas, ensure that they were not yet used by other marketers so you can avoid complaints or lawsuits in the future.

If these were already used, you can still opt to fashion your own unique version. You just need to make sure that your products look different and that they contain features that cannot be found on other similar products.

3. Check on your competition. You wouldn’t want to go up against millions of marketers as this can significantly decrease your chances of making a sale. Before you create your products, ensure that the demand is more than supply and that you can offer your potential clients with something that will set your products apart from the rest.

4. Hire some help. Creating your own products can be truly taxing and draining. That is why, it will surely help if you can hire people who can greatly help you out. Visit freelancing site where you can find several skilled brains for hire.

In these sites, you can find ghostwriting, proofreaders, editors, graphic designers, web developers, etc. who might be able to minimize your load.

5. Advertise your products online. To easily boost your sales leads, properly advertise your products over the World Wide Web. Use effective advertising tools such as PPC advertising so you can easily connect with your potential clients.

Blowing The Smoke Off Of Making Money Online

Friday, August 7th, 2009

In my previous sales career I had a boss who used to like to say let’s blow the smoke off of it. What he was really meant was let’s tell it like it is. So I want to blow the smoke off of making money on the internet and tell it like it is.

Relying strictly on free or nearly free marketing methods for 100% of your marketing efforts is just not enough for most Internet marketers. If you sell high ticket item you can possibly find ways to market yourself utilizing article marketing and social networking can get by without doing paid advertising.

But if you are going to make money online selling low priced products, cost per action programs, or pay per click affiliate programs, you are going to have to step up to the pump and purchase marketing. That possibly will mean setting up a ppc marketing campaign with either Yahoo, Google or Bing.

Significant traffic is the only way you are going to achieve your financial goals. It is very difficult to get enough traffic to any website or blog relying strictly on free advertising.

If you are an article writing machine you might be able to create enough articles to give you search engine optimized traffic and long-term traffic but it’s not likely.

The sooner an average person realizes they must pay for marketing them sooner they will figure out how to take that happen. That might mean going out and getting a part-time job to give your Internet business working capital.

This may not be what you want to hear but this is the facts of life regarding Internet marketing today. There are billions of websites all competing for attention.

Writing an article in submitting it to ezinearticles.com is a way to get one back link and some good traffic. However rationally think about what that one article means to your business. It is just one article on one web page. There are still billions of other webpages on the Internet that you must contend with.

The other thing is building an email marketing list for future follow-up is an absolute must. This is particularly true if you are going to do paid advertising.

You are purchasing traffic anyway now so why not capture names and email addresses so you can follow up for free. This would seem to be common sense yet it is amazing how many websites are not utilizing this basic Internet marketing strategy.

Develop relationships with your subscribers and you can really benefit in terms of future sales down the road.

These are a few tips on earning money on the internet. If you are not building your list, or doing paid advertising, hopefully I have blown the smoke off of it enough for you to realize you need to get started doing these things.

Online Marketing-Is Your Schedule Planned Tommorow

Saturday, July 11th, 2009

It is a known fact that busy people never use time as an excuse. It is also a proven fact that Internet marketers who do not budget their time properly will surely fail.

Let’s talk for a minute about planning a schedule for your Internet marketing business that could make a difference in your future income.

1. Scheduling your time is one of the benefits of working for yourself. When you work at home online you do not have a boss looking over your shoulder telling you what to do.

Your schedule should be realistic and something that you’re willing to work towards. If you have a full-time job you may know exactly what hours you are available to work on the Internet when you are home.

Your goal is to be as productive as you can in the limited amount of time that you schedule yourself to work. Set specific things you hope to accomplish. Try and pend the majority of your time marketing your business and getting traffic to your website.

2. Put your schedule where you can find it and look at it regularly. Don’t just keep it up in your head work and get it mixed up and lost.

Actually typed it up on Microsoft word or in a spreadsheet. If you don’t have a lot of worok to do put in an online sticky note and read it and mark off things as you do them.

3. Plan exactly how you are going to promote and advertise your internet business. If you’re focusing specifically on learning marketing tactics such as article marketing list exactly what you’re going to do.

Your schedule might be something like Monday write two articles. Tuesday submit these articles to five article directories. Wednesday post them on your blog. Thursday spend some time in social networking websites such as Twitter and Facebook. And so on.

4. Be sure to mark things off and keep track of the progress you are making. It’s extremely motivating to accomplish things besides just earning money.

Initially you may not make a lot of money online, but your schedule can serve to keep you motivated and moving your business forward.

5. Be realistic to push yourself whenever possible. If you think you can write two articles a day try to do three.

If you want to hang out into 2 discussion forums try to hang out for an extra 10 minutes and make it three. Know that your competition is pushing themselves and the only way you are going to pass them up is to do more than you think you can.
