Make Money With The Lawn Chair Millionaire

Saturday, July 25th, 2009

Following the launch of my new website I have written a review of The Lawn Chair Millionaire.

What makes Lawn Chair Millionaire so appealing, is the fact that the program offers not only a residual income, but it also has a money line pool which guarantees a commission.

With a guarantee of commission for the first three months of membership from the money line pool, Lawn Chair Millionaire is unique in that it gives new members a chance to explore the program and start to earn a residual or passive income from their own efforts by referring others.

There are basically three areas of making money within Lawn Chair Millionaire.

* The Money Line Pool

This guarantees an income for you in your first 3 months. The purpose of the Money Line Pool is to provide you with your own personal success story that you can share with anyone interested in making money online.

* Home Business Opportunity

By referring others toThe Lawn Chair Millionaire you start to earn a residual or passive income.

Each time you refer anyone, you are paid a $20 fast start bonus or commission. As long as the person you referred remains an active member, you get paid $15 for every month of their active membership.

There are additional bonuses to be earned by gaining a high position on the leader board of referrers for any given month.

If any of your referrals subscribe to products within The Vault that you yourself have subscribed to, you get paid additional commissions – both one time and residual –depending on the subscription.

* The Vault

Within The Vault at the time of writing this review, you can find six more money making opportunities, most of which are focussed on FOREX programs.

If you subscribe to any of these particular programs, you are then automatically able to earn additional commissions for referrals to the individual programs.

Additionally within The Vault, you are able to set up your very own vault where can add details of any other programs you are affiliated to and potentially earn even more commissions. It should be noted however, that your personal vault is only seen by your personal down-line.

There are a number of marketing aids to be found in the “Business” section of the back office not least of which are “Pro Mailer” and “Pro Messenger” both unique to Lawn Chair Millionaire

Potential Earnings:

Refreshingly, Lawn Chair Millionaire prohibits members from making claims of what they are earning with the program and also prohibits the use of images of pay checks etc. to solicit sign ups of new members. Any member found doing this, will have their account terminated.

Joining Lawn Chair Millionaire:

When you first visit the LCM sign up page, you will see a counter displaying the present “Money Line Pool” with the pay out sum total rising all the time. This on first impression appears to be some kind of hype, but it is exactly the opposite and in fact clever marketing.

To be able to secure a bigger share of this pool, you need sign up as soon as possible to lock in your position.

The fees payable on joining are:

* Administration fee – one off - $49.99
* Monthly recurring membership – $29.99

Total joining fee is therefore $79.98 – thereafter $29.99 per Month.

You may cancel your membership any time within the first 30 days and request a refund. However, it should be noted that the Administration Fee is non refundable.

Commission payments:

Commissions are accumulated up to the last day of the Month.

Commissions are paid Monthly through “Alert Pay” by the 10th of the following Month. Plans are underfoot to introduce other payment methods.

I have only recently joined Lawn Chair Millionaire in order to be able to write an honest review. As a result, I am at this time unable to offer any opinion other than that what I have seen of the program so far.

There is definitely a huge potential to make the program a success and it is definitely a Quick Start To Internet Marketing

If you are a Home Business owner, I consider this program to compliment your business perfectly and can see a potential for building your downline easily.

Ethics In SEO

Sunday, July 19th, 2009

In every kind of business, credibility matters. Company credibility has become a focus of business principles. It must be a priority because customer loyalty and the company’s image depends upon it. In every first-world country, there is some sort of standard that sets ethical standards for businesses.

Search engine optimization companies, or SEO, are concerned with maintaining their integrity. Companies find it easier to attract customers if the companies are able to uphold a positive image. Doing so would also ensure a good profit, as more subscribers corresponds to better bottom lines.

The type of people the company employs reflect the totality of the company’s management. The caliber of employees also demonstrates how the staff is motivated and disciplined. The management style can be a factor for subscribers deciding whether to do business with a particular company.

In SEO, there are several methods to preserve credibility.

* Always appear polite and friendly toward the customers. Disregard any internal or personal problems so that the interests of the subscribers are not ignored. Customers will go elsewhere if their best interests are overlooked in favor of employees’ personal issues, so retain a positive attitude with them at all times.

* Do not complicate small concerns. Little problems tend to arise in running a business and it is better to discuss them immediately before they grow into larger, more difficult problems.

* Internal company problems must be handled within the company. Try to avoid circumstances that will make the problem worse. Matters that address internal concerns must not reach the other companies’ offices. Rival companies could use another company’s internals problems to their advantage and destroy its public image.

* Hire a trustworthy staff. Usually, disorder and conflict within the company flourish as a result of miscommunication. Try to hire applicants with positive attitudes and seek to ensure a good company morale. Although the role of the employees in SEO will consist mostly of computer work, morale is still very important because the work involves transactions within and outside the offices.

Some of the most infamous unethical practices in search engine optimization are cloaking, doorway pages, covert links and, occasionally, hidden text.

Search engines have forbidden these unscrupulous SEO practices. Be aware of the search engines’ rules, because being caught breaking the rules can result in a site’s ban.

Unfortunately, once an SEO site is banned the rankings are lost as well as any money invested. To avoid losing potential profits, conduct business honestly and ethically.

The company’s entire management strategy affects its ethical standards. The managers’ and staff’s individual personalities are not important, but instead their morale in the workplace.

Solving The Adwords Puzzle

Thursday, July 16th, 2009

There are many different ways to market on the Internet these days, but this article is going to primarily focus on using the Pay-Per-Click (PPC) method with Google’s AdWords.

Using PPC has become more and more of a challenge as additional people have found their way into Internet marketing. So how do we beat all the competition out there? Well, for starters, we need to focus on using Google AdWords simply because it has a higher amount of search results. So lets log on to Google and get started.

The first thing that we need to do is create a PPC campaign. The best way to write a quality ad is to view other ads that get a lot of search results. So we need to go to Google and do a search for the same type of ad we are going to be placing. For example, if we were going to write an ad for a work at home business we would simple type “work at home” into a Google search. To make our search pull up the best ads possible we need to add a keyword to our search that doesn’t make sense i.e. “work at home pizza” By doing this, only the best ads will show up for the “work at home” keywords. Now all we need to do is simply write two ads similar to these and we will be ready for the next step.

Next, we need to find the best keywords related to our advertisement, the more keywords the better. There are many different tools out there on the Internet that can be used to help generate a list of keywords. Yahoo Search Marketing (YSM) has a great keyword tool that we can use to help build our list. All we need to do is enter a keyword or a phrase such as “work at home” and a list will come up with the most popular searches related to our keyword. We then need to take these related keywords and use them to help build our list. We can also take the plural forms of our keywords to help build our list as well as switch some of our keyword phrases around. For example, change “work at home” to “home at work” or “business opportunity” to “business opportunities.”

Now that we have our list of keywords we need to put a good pricing strategy in place. If we go to YSM there is a tool that can be used to see the different bid prices for given keywords. We simple need to look up the bid prices other people are using to find a competitive price for our keywords, though we need to make sure this makes sense when it comes to the return on our investment.

We are now finally ready to run our ad. Take the two ads we have written and start the campaign. After a few weeks of running the ads we will be able to see which ad is being more effective. Then we will write another ad in place of the bad one to continue to develop the best ad. Now we are finally ready to drive some serious traffic to our business.

To our success!

How To Gain Customers Through Internet Marketing Plans

Tuesday, July 14th, 2009

You will probably gain nothing by advertising your internet business to people who do not own, or spend very little time on the internet. Marketing has come a long way with the growth of the internet and advertising has to be aimed at potential customers. While offline advertising can pick up a few extra hits from people who have never heard of your website business, the best place to advertise your online business is online.

Look at it from the point of view as your website advertising being a billboard along the side of the road. Regardless of the quality and message on your billboard if no one drives down the road, it is a waste of money to keep it in place. The whole idea behind internet marketing is to put the advertising effort on the well traveled road and to obtain internet customers that road is the digital highway. There are many proven methods to succeed at internet marketing and even more ways to fail.

For an internet business, traffic means sales. Online, it is all about the traffic and rerouting potential customers to your site should be your goal. Whether you do it through pay per click programs, affiliate marketing, search engine marketing or simply advertising online, there will need to be some effort put forth in order to drag more customers to your website. Many times a combination of all of the various options will net the best results, but if your budget is limited you will have to determine which one is right for you.

Some of the successful methods of internet marketing include your website. It may be able to capture information, such as an email address of visitors and is the equivalent of a printed brochure or catalog. Offering direct sales of merchandise is often the goal and making sure the site fully explains to visitors what they are paying for well them make a decision.

Search engine marketing is enhancing your site to make it attractive to search engines, but keep in mind search engines only help customers find you, they do not make purchases or recommendations. Your site can be found on search engines by having it optimized for search engines or through pay per click advertising. You pay for certain keywords and when someone searches for that key work and clicks on your site, you pay for it. Pay for inclusion ads are essentially the same as the yellow pages and you simply buy the space for your name to be included.

Email marketing a banner ads can also provide name recognition but with most banners, according to size, you will pay for their inclusion on a site. These work much the same as traditional print advertising. You are charged for the space, without any guarantee of receiving any return on your investment. Online promotion is also becoming popular with blogs and online newsletters, written by you with links back to your site.

Joel Comm Is Dr. Adsense

Monday, July 6th, 2009

What is Adsense?

If you are new to making money online and net marketing, you may not know what Adsense is, much less have heard of Joel Comm. Adsense is the “Ads by Google” that appear all over millions of webpages around the net. In the past, Adsense has proved itself to be very profitable, so much so that thousands of people set up websites purely in order to have Adsense on them. In turn, these “spam” sites created a big mess for the search engines and were “slapped” down by changes in the search-engine algorithms. Many of these “black hat” sites ceased to be profitable, while the “white hat” sites have largely endured, albeit many of them experiencing a decrease in income.

The individuals who put Adsense on their websites are called “publishers,” one of the more successful of whom is Joel Comm. Comm has not only made a fortune publishing Adsense, but he has also written books on the subject that have become bestsellers online and off. Comm has also created a series of Adsense template websites for others to make money off Adsense. Because of these facts, Joel Comm is nicknamed “Dr. Adsense.” One of Joel’s books is called “What Google Never Told You About Making Money with Adsense,” 199-page behemoth chockfull of techniques and tips. Comm leaves almost no stone unturned in this book, which was updated in 2006. In fact, this “Adsense Secrets” book is so thorough as to be a bit plodding, but there’s no question Joel lays down a solid blueprint as to how you can create or increase your Adsense income.

Even with all the material laying the foundation for a shot at a solid Adsense income - or, possibly, much more than that - one gets the feeling that Comm is slyly holding back some secrets. One of the major things that Comm is good at is creating popular sites, and, as is the case with all business, the more customers or “traffic” you have, the more you will make. One thing is clear: You can no longer create a bunch of low quality sites purely for the purpose of sticking up some ads to make money. With the “Google Slap” directed specifically at that type of site, you will have difficulty getting enough traffic - and the advertisers are generally paying less for “content” sites in any case. Content sites are those published by people and companies other than search engines, as opposed to search-network sites such as Google and AOL, among others.

What Joel Comm outlines in “Making Money with Adsense” will take a while to implement, but it is not impossible to make money with Adsense, even with the developments and shakeups of 2006. If you want to just cut to the chase in making money with Adsense and learning it from one competent source, Joel Comm’s book revealing Adsense secrets is one of the best places to start.
